The Lady Owls were recently 41st in the annual Indiana Runner preseason rankings.

2013 Outlook:
The Owls return a large chunk of last  year’s team, including frontrunner Zoey Johnson who was just a couple seconds away from finishing All-State last  year. Seymour could be a couple of talented newcomers or marked improvement from returners away from qualifying for its first ever state meet.

SXC Car Wash

The Seymour boys and girls cross country teams will be having a car wash Saturday, June 29th from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Tumbleweed's. Tickets are $5 and are available in advance from team members. Don't know a team member? Just drive on in and we'll get-r-done. All proceeds benefit the cross country team.

SXC Midnight Run Meeting

We will have a brief meeting this Thursday, June 27th at 7:00 p.m. for anyone interested in helping with the Midnight 5K fundraiser. We will meet in the main gym in room 402. Please use the main entrance. Call Coach Fife at 528-2021 if you wish to volunteer but are unable to attend the meeting.
